Signing up as a Client on VaultPro requires setting up a VaultPro account. To do this, we need contact details – including First name, Last name, Mailing and/or Billing address, Email address, Company name, and Website URL. Clients will also need to provide a user name and password to set up a VaultPro account. Please note that Rappier treats all Client contact details as confidential business information that will only be used to service Client accounts and respond to Client, Affiliate or Publisher inquiries in accordance with a contractual agreement or applicable agreement by and between the parties. We may use any information collected from you: (i) to personalize user’s experience; (ii) to improve our Service in order to better serve you and/or to provide Services more effectively; (iii) to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, (iv) to ensure continuous improvement and development of the Services; (v) to administer the Website and to diagnose possible problems; (vi) to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other Website feature; (vii) to send periodic emails regarding your order or your use of services. When you give consent, we may also provide you, even if you are not a client, with the offers and marketing communication of our partners, or our Services which are not similar to those you use. Rappier may also share anonymous aggregated data derived from the VaultPro platform, including, for example, statistics about VaultPro platformance activity. Finally, we may transfer such data to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
Rappier uses commercially reasonable efforts including a variety of security technologies and procedures to secure client and end user data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
4. Social Media & Widgets
We will never knowingly collect any Personal Data and personal information about individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If Rappier obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about an individual under eighteen (18) years of age, that information will be immediately deleted from our platform.
With any of the tracking methods, when an end user clicks on an advertisement, goes to a specific web page or mobile app action that a Client chooses to monitor, VaultPro collects
information from the User’s computer or device, including but not limited to IP and Ad Identifiers.
Clients use VaultPro to:
– Measure the performance of ad campaigns
– Measure the performance of Affiliates, Publishers and Networks
– Create customized performance reports
– Determining when Users respond to ads
6. How do Clients use VaultPro to collect user information?
Clients use VaultPro for pixel or server postback tracking to collect information about Users. In postback tracking (also called “server-side tracking”), VaultPro directly sends a session identifier to the advertiser on click. On conversion, the advertiser then communicates that identifier to VaultPro for validation.
