Vaultpro helps you create and detail offers seamlessly with a variety of options to highly detail and target, manage and allocate your offer.

 

After successfully adding advertiser to your network now it is time to create an campaign or offer which your publishers will run.
In Vaultpro platform campaign is created by four methods

  1. From Admin Panel

  2. CSV Uploads

  3. Network Integrations

Creating an Offer from the Admin Panel
Go to offers –> create offer from the left sidebar menu. Follow these simple steps to successfully create your first offer.

Step-1: Basic Details

  • Advertiser Name: Select the name of the advertiser for this offer.

  • Advertiser PO Number: Select the advertiser purchase order number.

  • Account Manager: Select the account manager for this offer.

  • Offer Name: Set an appropriate name for the offer.

  • Offer Type: Select the type of the offer you want to run from the list. Eg(CPI, CPR, CPA etc).

  • Offer Category: Select the category of your offer.

  • Offer logo: You can upload a suitable logo of your offer.

  • Offer Description: Offer description is visible to your publishers, write any specific instructions for the campaign here.

  • Preview URL: Preview URL or the Landing page URL is visible to the publishers in their panel

  • Conversion Tracking: PostBack Tracking is the method to get conversions to your Vaultpro account from advertisers when publishers run the campaign.

    • PostBack only: For tracking conversion only through PostBack URL

    • PostBack + Pixel: For tracking conversion by PostBack URL and Tracking Pixel

      • For PostBack + Pixel Vaultpro gives you the option of selecting from the following:

        • HTTP IFrame Pixel

        • HTTPS IFrame Pixel

        • HTTP Image Pixel

        • HTTPS Image pixel

  • Tracking URL: he final redirect URL provided by your advertiser with correct tracking parameters and correct tracking values.

  • Upload Creative: Campaign creatives in Vaultpro platform allow you to host and upload all creative related to a campaign at one place as these creatives are used by publishers to drive conversions to campaigns. Vaultpro provides infrastructure to host and serve these creatives for you and your publishers. You can upload as many creative you need by clicking the ADD button.

 

 

Step 2: Schedule

 

  • Offer Start Date & Time: Select from the date time calendar the offer starting date and time.

  • Offer End Date & Time: Select from the date time calendar the offer ending date and time.

  • Blackout Start Date & Time: Vaultpro gives you the option of pausing the offers in between offer starting and end date. You can set the blackout start and end time by selecting suitably from the dropdown calendar.

  • Blackout End Date & Time: Select the blackout end date from the dropdown calendar, this means your offer will be live again after the set date and time.

    • Add Blackout Dates: You can add as many blackout dates as you want in Vaultpro just by clicking the ADD button.

  • Reference ID: Assign a reference ID to this offer and pass this value into Offer URLs.

  • Notes: The content of this note will not be displayed to Affiliates.

  • Offer Status: Vaultpro by default lets the user keep the offers under following three status categories.

    • Active: Allows all the affiliates to run the offer.

    • Inactive: Affiliates won’t be able to run the offer.

    • Paused: Removes the offer for affiliates to view and redirects the traffic to the redirected offer if set.

 

 

Step 3: Currency

  • Custom Currency: Lets you customise your currency based on the offer.

    • Enabled: Enables the option of customising your currency.

      • Currency: You can select the suitable currency from the list.

    • Disabled: Disables the option of customising your currency.

  • Revenue per conversion: The revenue earned per conversion.

    • Revenue: You can set the amount of revenue earned per conversion.

    • Commission: If you are working on commission based model, you can set the percentage amount.

  • Cost per conversion: The amount to be paid to the affiliate once the conversion is done.

    • Payout: You can set the amount to be paid to affiliate per conversion.

    • Commission: You can set the percentage if the payout is commission based.

     

Step 4: Goals

  • Default Goal Name: Set the default goal name for your offer.

  • Conversion Caps: Vaultpro lets you apply hourly, daily and an overall conversion cap to your offer. Once the cap is achieved the offer will either be redirected or paused.

    • Hourly Cap: Set the cap to the conversions you want to record in an hour.

    • Daily Cap: Set the cap to the conversions you want record in a day.

    • Overall Cap: Based on your hourly and daily caps define the overall conversion cap of the offer.

  • Click Caps: Vaultpro lets you apply hourly, daily and an overall conversion cap to your offer. Once the cap is achieved the offer will either be redirected or paused.

    • Hourly Cap: Set the cap to the click you want to record in an hour.

    • Daily Cap: Set the cap to the click you want record in a day.

    • Overall Cap: Based on your hourly and daily caps define the overall click cap of the offer.

  • Multiple Conversion Goal: Vaultpro lets you define goals in case of your offer records multiple conversions.

    • Enabled: Lets you record multiple conversions for an offer and define goals for the same.

    • Disabled: Disables multiple conversions for an offer.

    • Add: Opens a panel that lets you define goals in case of a multiple conversion.

    • Delete: Delete the goals defined for multiple conversion tracking.

  • Additional Goal Name: Set the name of your additional goal in case of a multiple conversion tracking enabled.

  • Revenue: Revenue amount earned.

  • Payout: Amount to be paid to the publisher in case of the multiple conversion.

  • Hourly Cap: Set the hourly conversion cap in case of a multiple conversion enabled for your offer.

  • Daily conversion cap: Set the daily click cap in case of a multiple conversion enabled for your offer.

  • Overall conversion cap: Set the daily conversion cap in case of a multiple conversion enabled for your offer.

 

 

Step 5: Settings

Private Offer: Setting an offer to private hides the offer from Affiliates and allows you to grant access to specific affiliates.

  • Enabled: Enables the offer to be set at private.

    • Universal Allocation: You can allocate the offer to all the affiliates in your account.

  • Disabled: The offer is visible to all the affiliates.

 

Step 6: Tracking

  • Secure Tracking Link: Enforce SSL by generating affiliate tracking links and impression pixels with https instead of http.

  • Redirect Offer: Current offer is redirected to this offer if paused,passed expiration date or conversion cap is exceeded.

  • Click Session Lifetime: Time to keep the click session active for this offer minimum 1day and maximum 180 days.

 

Step 7: Geo targeting
Geo targeting lets you set specific targets for the career based on mobile OS, browser country, city etc.


  • OS(Mobile Only) : Will allow traffic from the selected mobile OS users.

  • Browser: Will allow traffic from the specified browser.

  • Country: Allows traffic from only the specified country.

  • State: Allows traffic from only the specified state.

  • City: Allows traffic from only the specified state.

Once you correctly filled all the details in the above steps hit the create button and you’ve created your first offer.
